When not touring with Fred, "The Blue Moon Tour Band" is known as "The Highlites."  As "The Highlites" these six individuals have entertained audiences across Pennsylvania and Maryland.  Prior to the formation of "The Highlites," its members  have performed all over the United States, from New Jersey to Las Vegas, and have played with such nationally known groups as The Monkees, The Vogues, The Contours, The Tymes, Danny and the Juniors, The Temptations and many many more.
